Yishun cat deaths: Some cats did not die of abuse, say SPF, AVA

A total of 26 cats have been found dead in Yishun since September, and seven of them did not die of animal cruelty, the SPF and AVA said. Two died from likely cases of cruelty, while another 19 cases still remain open but show insufficient evidence of abuse, said authorities.
